Responsibilities
The Office Services Site Manager is responsible for providing on-site daily leadership. Other duties include:
Professional and friendly customer service; verbal and written interaction with internal and external clients with excellent use of business etiquette and critical thinking skills.
Hospitality services: Conference room management (i.e setting up/breakdown for meetings and events, arranging and moving tables/chairs, assist with catering orders, other related tasks as needed)

Qualifications

Compensation
Base salary is negotiable and competitive and may range widely based on your success in e-Discovery/litigation support sales and your own projection revenue ($85,000.000 - $200,000+ USD/yr). Commissions you earn based on selling our full suite of litigation support services are up to 16% and completely uncapped.

Seven paid holidays as well as 23 days of Paid Time Off (PTO) per year accrued at a rate of 3.54 hours at the end of each week worked to be used at the employee's discretion for vacation, personal or sick days in accordance with IST company guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS:
A graduate from a physical therapist assistant curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
Currently licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Colorado.

Communicate appropriately and effectively with all personnel and to document according to professional standards.
Keep timely records, meet regularly with the Registered Physical Therapist and attend care conferences as requested.
Participate in patient care conferences and other rehabilitation related meetings as appropriate.
Communicate with Registered Physical Therapist and IDT members regarding patient progress, problems and plans.
Participate in in-service training programs for all staff in the facility.
Instruct participant and family members and nursing staff in restorative and therapeutic maintenance programs.
Abides by regulations pertaining to PACE as established by Federal and State Agencies and the Volunteers of America Health Facilities policies.
Attends required in-services & completes assigned online modules.

Hourly Compensation: $32.00-$33.00 USD per hour, depending on production experience
Responsibilities
This direct hire role is for a On-Site Operations Manager. Hours will range within M-F 6:00AM- 7:00PM.
Monitor staff performance and provide on-the-job training, coaching, and support to maintain high service standards
Ensure team adherence to established procedures and protocols for handling confidential and time-sensitive materials
Coordinate maintenance and troubleshooting of scanning, imaging, and mailing equipment to minimize downtime and disruptions
Manage reporting, staffing, and continuous process improvement initiatives to drive productivity and client satisfaction
Qualifications
Requirements:
Prior experience in a mailroom, scanning, copy center, or facilities services environment required
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency with scanning and imaging systems and standard office equipment
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work Monday-Friday within a shift range of 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications a plus
Must have access to reliable transportation
Professional appearance and demeanor
Lifting up to 55 pounds
Must be able to pass a drug screening and background checks

Responsibilities
The Copy/Mail Office Service Specialist role is responsible for providing on-site Copy/Mail/Shipping Support Services. Other duties include:
* Professional and friendly customer service; verbal and written interaction with internal and external clients
* Providing reception services when needed
* Cross training in other service areas as needed such as (Print/Copy support, Mail sorting/distribution and other duties as required).
* Litigation Copy/Scan Print work
* Set-up and break-down of meetings, including cleaning conference rooms regularly
* Restock inventory for kitchens and general office supplies.
* Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines; take direction from supervisor
* Participate in cross-training for meeting and conference services
* Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail
* Adhere to all safety procedures; perform other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
Ideal candidates have the ability to confidently interact with clients and visitors, possess excellent communication abilities, and are ready to grow in their professional career. Previous experience in a hospitality role is a huge plus! Other qualifications include:
* Prior Corporate or Hotel Experience a plus!
