Responsibilities This is a full-time position performing receiving and mail related services. Mail Operations - Sort incoming mail and handle according to established procedures Receiving Shipments - Receive, process and deliver packages Shipping - Package, processing and arrange pick-up of outgoing packages Facilities Services-Receive and track activity using work order system, move furniture, assemble light furniture, moving of boxes as required, hang pictures as required, office swap outs and perform other related duties Customer Service - Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume environment Adhere to all safety procedures Participate in cross-training Perform other tasks as assigned to uphold client and site needs Qualifications Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in mail operations and customer service.
