POSITION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience). Three+ years of experience in HR analytics, reporting, or data management. Proficiency in HRIS systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Advanced Excel skills and strong understanding of data integrity principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to support cross-functional projects. Commitment to confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive data.
