Job Description
The RevOps Specialist - Growth Operations will be responsible for supporting the management of the sales process, sales pipeline, sales forecast, and deal desk operations. Itential's growth operation is very driven by systems (primarily Salesforce) and processes. Your job will be work with Sales Management and the RevOps team to support and evolve the implementation of our sales process and ensure that Sales Management and other constituents have the information that they need to maximize the company's sales performance.
About You
The most important success factors for this role are (1) an ability to learn a wide variety of business, financial and technical concepts and (2) a strong attention to detail in the projects that you work on. The RevOps team at Itential is focused on building automated solutions to operate the entire revenue lifecycle, and automation (with or without AI) requires precision and thorough design.
In this role, you will become an expert user of Salesforce and AWS Quicksight (BI). You will become knowledgeable of the data models that describe Itential's customers, sales opportunities, products, contracts, orders, quotes, etc. You will work directly with technical team members that configure and customize the various systems that we use to manage the business. Additionally, you will become an expert in our sales process and the various business processes that surround it.

Market, Product, and Competitive Intelligence
Partner with Product, Product Marketing, and Sales Engineering to deliver market and product deep-dives that equip reps with current context and competitive insights.
Own the competitive intelligence engine in partnership with SEs and Product Marketing/Product Management building and maintaining battlecards, competitive positioning guides, and counter-messaging frameworks.
Ensure competitive insights are continuously updated, verified by SEs, and reflected in training and content.
Serve as the internal "voice of the field," feeding real-world insights from sales conversations back into messaging, product roadmap discussions, and GTM strategy.

Requirements for the role
