ITHAKA CEO and leadership

Gerard Aurigemma has 30 years of experience in the academic and not-for-profit financial field. He is currently the treasurer and the chief financial officer for ITHAKA. Prior to joining ITHAKA, Gerard joined JSTOR in 1997 as its controller, then becoming director of finance and administration. Gerard currently oversees the treasury operations, finance, budget, and financial analysis at ITHAKA. Prior to coming to JSTOR/ITHAKA, Gerard worked for nine years as a senior manager in the Controller and Treasurer department of New York University.

Gerard graduated from New York University, Stern School of Business in 1986 with a bachelor of science in accounting, management, and international business. In 1997, he earned a master of public administration in finance from New York University, Robert F. Wagner School for Public Administration.

Nathalie Udo is a Facilitator - Global Leadership Programs at ALC Press Inc, Interim Chief Operating Officer at ITHAKA, and Investor and Board of Advisors at BladeRunner Energy and is based in San Francisco, California. She has worked as Organization Change Leader - Digital Business Transformation at NEJM Group and Business Transformation & Strategy Partner at productOps, Inc.. Nathalie studied at Scrum Alliance between 2003 and 2003, Coaching Training Institute (CTI) between 2010 and 2011, and Project Management Institute between 2001 and 2001.
