MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

* 5+ years of related experience required in working in an executive assistant role supporting Senior Executives or C-Level executives.
* Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
* Ability to communicate effectively and professionally.

We are seeking a highly experienced Violent Extremist Organizations (VEOs) Functional Expert with dual responsibilities as an Air Power Strategist. The candidate will advise on operational, political-military (Pol-Mil), and strategic challenges associated with countering VEOs while delivering expert analysis and recommendations on air power projection.
The candidate will operate in a dynamic, joint/coalition environment, offering rapid, high-level advice to senior DoD and interagency stakeholders. This role requires strategic vision, operational acumen, and subject matter depth in counterterrorism, regional security, and air power application.
Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To:
VEO Functional Expertise
Serve as the Air Force's consultable SME on VEO and C-VEO operations (near-term horizon: 0-24 months).
Advise the Joint Staff and Combatant Commanders on optimizing Air Force capabilities against VEO threats.
Provide assessments ensuring VEO planning inputs are operationally feasible, resource-informed, and aligned with Title 10/22/32/50 authorities.
Deliver rapid reach-back support to CCDRs, JFACCs, and JTF staffs for planning, contingencies, and exercises.
Maintain situational awareness of Pol-Mil issues impacting AF equities in counterterrorism efforts.

Conduct TSCM operations consistent with National and DoD policies governing the employment of TSCM tactics, techniques, and procedures

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Task Order Project Manager (TOPM) to provide on-site leadership and oversight for a large, complex Audio Visual/Video Teleconference (AV/VTC) task order within a federal program. Assist the NGA CTTA in executing the NGA TEMPEST program, analyzing requirements, implementing programs and processes for controlling or mitigating compromising emanations from NGA equipment and facilities. Interpret security policy and regulations governing TEMPEST as they apply to NGA facilities, systems and equipment.
Provide advice and assistance to NGA customers to ensure the collection of information required to facilitate the TEMPEST mission to include: building/floor drawings or schematics, wiring diagrams, equipment specifications, shielding, power systems, signal data and power line routing, HVAC ductwork and other utility wiring or piping.
Assist NGA customers in the completion of online automated workflow process requests (TEMPEST support requests), TEMPEST checklists, Protective Distribution System (PDS) requests, and TEMPEST Countermeasure Review requests.
Accomplish VTIs and TEMPEST testing of NGA facilities, systems, and equipment, to include SCIFs and PDS as required by the NGA CTTA.

Support TEMPEST daily operations that include:
Maintaining and ensuring accuracy of the NGA TEMPEST Automated Workflow

Supervise annual reporting of TEMPEST technical evaluations (at least 75 items).

Job Description
Catapult Consultants is looking for an experienced Project or Program Manager to join our Civilian Healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience with managing and delivering a range of projects (technical and/or programmatic) for the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), specifically within the Operating Divisions that closely align with Catapult's current and future business. Among others, these include the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Administration for Children and Families (ACF), to include the Office of Head Start (OHS), the Office of Regional Operations and the specific Regions.
This person will report to the Vice President of Civilian Programs and will be instrumental in leading day-to-day operations of a client project, or projects, and will contribute to strategic development for our Healthcare client group. Depending on the scope, size and nature of these projects, this individual would have responsibility for one or several projects for our Federal Government customers. About the Role: The Contract Support Specialist III - Contract Closeout provides advanced acquisition and contract administration support with a particular emphasis on contract closeout and de-obligation of undelivered orders (UDOs).
