Deliver Tier 2 and Tier 3 support to internal IT teams and external vendors, addressing complex technical challenges and ensuring service continuity. Direction and Mentorship Guide and mentor junior network engineers and administrators, fostering professional growth and knowledge sharing within the team Provide technical guidance and strategic direction for complex networking projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery Follows policies, procedures, and safety standards. Completes required education assignments annually. Works toward achieving goals and objectives and participates in quality improvement initiatives as requested. Performs other duties as assigned.
