Unprofessional management, bureaucratic processes, low DEI sustabinability efforts.
Respectable PTO policy
Great communication of company objectives/key results.
Provide EQ traing for new managers, and DEI training for Executive leadership.
Reviewed company site and core values. Related job description with latest news about company initiatives and my experience and expertise.
In my experience was within line with the average salary in the industry. However management made a habit of suggesting that it was higher than average.
The reprensentation of diverse demographics in mid-level management and up was below average.
The most fulfilling part of my work at Itron was collaborating with colleagues to solve problems and helping each other do their best.
They have the market share in their space.
Management incoherence - lots of use of buzzwords like "we have to be agile" but there is no transformation initiative and no visible leader driving the change
