Job Description ITU AbsorbTech is hiring a full-time Production Operator to join our team in New Berlin, WI. Our production facilities process industrial laundry: we wash, dry, prepare, and organize floor mats, shop towels, uniforms and Sorbits , our own absorbent brand line of products. Items that need to be cleaned come to our production facility directly from the customer. In this role, you will: Sort, fold, separate and count received items Inspect garments for rips and tears Package products to be delivered to customers * This is a physically demanding position that requires pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 30 lbs on a repetitive basis. Pay: $17.05 an hour. 1st Shift Hours: 5:30am-1:30pm, Monday through Friday. No weekends, no holidays! The Systems Administrator supports and enhances IT systems by identifying technical solutions to improve productivity, maintaining and upgrading hardware and software, and providing support for servers and network infrastructure. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintains flow of linen into the tunnel, washers, dryers, etc. Pulls bags and/or processes other laundry activities in the designated order. Loads linen into empty pockets in tunnel; continues to do so as pockets transfer. Keeps pockets loaded correctly with proper load size; prevents overload. Follows directions and safety precautions. Maintains the production standards as determined per hour. Notifies supervisor if frequent technical problems are impacting the ability to meet production standards. Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Description ITU AbsorbTech is hiring a Route Service Representative (Route Driver) to join our team in New Berlin, WI. This position services a defined route of customers - including local businesses, schools, and government agencies - building lasting relationships through reliable, high-quality service. In this position, you will: Provide excellent customer service to our customers. Remove used products (uniforms, floor mats, shop towels etc.) and replace it with clean product inside a customer's location. Operate a 26-foot box truck, no CDL required. Load and unload products from box truck Route Service Representatives are not responsible for sales numbers; instead, you focus on learning routes and provide genuine service to our customers. Physical Requirement: Employees are regularly on their feet. This position is very active and requires pushing, pulling, and lifting of products on and off box trucks. Schedule: 6am start, Monday through Friday. No weekends or holidays. Pay: $20-$22 an hour + opportunity for commission. Education and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent is required. Experience working in sales, route delivery, or customer service preferred. Comfortable driving a box truck (we do provide training for operating our box trucks)! Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record! Summary: Performs all scheduled and non-scheduled daily tasks. Responsibility to maintain awareness of all equipment assigned to them during production operations and assure efficient operation of equipment within a commercial Laundry Plant. Will perform preventive maintenance and emergent repair as situations develop. Will identify and correct any problems including jams, bad or missing belts, and missing ironer tape on the equipment assigned to them. Seeks technical assistance from Engineering as necessary. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Performs preventative maintenance activities on equipment as scheduled. Ensures timely and quality completion of all maintenance and repairs, including overhead rail system and conveyor systems. Assists technical and mechanical personnel including outside vendors as needed. Maintains the maintenance log by making entries of incomplete tasks and new problems. Notifies Production Supervisors on the status of any equipment that will impact production or cause down time and when back online. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Must be team oriented and able to function individually or with team. The right individual will always be willing to go the extra mile. Must be self-motivated, independent, prompt, and able to handle tasks as they present themselves. Solid communication skills. Must be able to operate tools and equipment safely. Must be able to understand all safety procedures, which includes but not limited to lockout/tag out, confined space entry, and working on hot equipment. Must be able to maintain clean and safe work area for themselves and the associates around them. Must have a good working knowledge of machinery. Able to help repair and maintain mechanical drive systems. Able to help repair and maintain conveyor systems. Able to help repair and maintain overhead rail systems.

We are hiring immediately for full-time LINEN DISTRIBUTION TECHNICIAN AT AURORA BAY CARE MEDICAL CENTER. SCHEDULE: Full-Time; 9AM - 5:30PM, rotating weekends may be required. More details upon interview. PAY RATE: $16 / HOUR * NOTE - Annual Flu Shot Is Required! Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Delivers clean linen to the different departments within the hospitals. Picks up all soiled carts from all floors if working on the second shift. Takes and fills orders from hospital staff. Ensures all exchange carts are delivered to the floors. Ensures all soil linen has been picked up and taken to the receiving dock. Ensures all soil carts are full; if not full, plans for consolidation. Reports issues or concerns to supervisor immediately. Ensures that linen room is left neat and organized at the end of the shift. Builds clean, neat, organized carts to set standard par level. Aligns/stages carts as needed. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Ability to lift 50 pounds and push/pull a wheeled cart of 650 pounds. Ability to count and record inventory of terry/linen. Must have excellent problem solving and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast paced health care environment.
