High-energy, results-oriented marketing executive with nearly 20 years of experience in marketing and business development in the high technology industry. Proven track record of developing successful, marketing programs that deliver bottom-line results. Experienced leader with the ability to build and manage, highly effective centralized or decentralized teams.

Brooke manages Ivanti’s global legal department and advises the company on a wide range of legal and business affairs.

Brooke joined Ivanti in 2017 as Senior Counsel, working her way up to the department by overseeing global sales transactions and managing licensing, litigation, privacy, security, employment issues, facilities and other pressing matters for the international team. Prior to Ivanti, Brooke was a managing partner at Manning Curtis Bradshaw & Bednar, representing public and private companies in a variety of business and commercial disputes.

Nayaki Nayyar is the Executive Vice President and Chief Product Officer at Ivanti. She is responsible for driving Ivanti’s next generation innovation in Cybersecurity, Robotic Automation, Endpoint and Edge Device Management, and Enterprise Service Management.

Prior to joining Ivanti, Nayaki was President of the Digital Service and Operations Management Business Unit at BMC Software, Inc., where she led BMC’s evolution into the cognitive era with launch and growth of the BMC Helix suite. Nayaki also served as General Manager of SAP’s Internet of Things division and held senior leadership positions in corporate strategy and SAP’s cloud unit. She was senior vice president of SAP’s cloud for customer engagement business unit, where she drove significant growth in the company’s cloud, CRM, and mobile business units. Nayaki gained tremendous industry experience during her early years at Shell and Valero.

Nayaki currently serves on the board of Veritone, a leading provider of artificial intelligence technology solutions and on the board of Corteva, Inc.. a publicly traded agriscience company. She holds a B.E. in mechanical engineering from Osmania University (India) and an M.S. in computer science from the University of Houston, and she is a graduate of the Stanford Executive Program.

Jim is Chairman of Ivanti’s Board of Directors and also serves as the company’s CEO. He is responsible for all aspects of Ivanti’s strategy, execution and operations.

Jim has more than 30 years of experience leading software and technology companies through periods of rapid growth, including extensive experience with private equity backed businesses. Jim was the founder and CEO of global software leader Infor and led the company’s growth from $40 million to more than $2 billion in annual revenue in less than five years. He was also the CEO of Dun & Bradstreet Software and Primis Corporation and Executive Vice President and COO of Per-Se Technologies, which is now a part of McKesson.
