This role is responsible for leading the planning, design, and delivery of innovative airport terminal projects. The Senior Planner will oversee all aspects of assigned projects or programs, including design development, implementation, stakeholder coordination, cost control, and quality assurance. Duties and Responsibilities

Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
* 8+ years of experience, preferably in engineering, project or construction management; transportation, construction, or aviation industries preferred. Professional experience in architecture or interior design, with at least 3 years focused on aviation or transportation projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Heavy Forklift operation - must have experience with stand up reach trucks.
Monitor for problems, taking immediate action where possible and escalating when required.
Interact with clients, warehouse associates and office personnel, resolve problems, and provide information.
Perform, organize, and streamline operational tasks to reduce the potential for errors.
Develop client specific scope of work documentation
Pick, pack, and ship warehouse orders
Complete Put-away processes for inbound shipments
Be an active participant in training and safety programs.
Adhere to the operational procedures and guidelines as outlined in the procedure manual.
Pre and post trip inspections on all dock equipment.
Flexibility to work to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Maintains a clean and orderly work area and safe environment.
Performs all other duties as assigned or delegated by supervisor, lead or dispatch.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years forklift experience - certification a plus.
Ability to work and multi-task in fast paced environment.
Work overtime as required.
Ability to perform basic math functions such as adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing.
Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
Ability to follow standard operation procedures with little to no oversight
Enjoy working in a team environment but follow through on own deliverables on a daily basis
Capable of applying critical thinking skills
Professional, courteous and cooperative

JA Equipment Leasing, Inc., a division of JA Group, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Trailer Service Technician. This position will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of Class 7 - 8 trailers.
The schedule is Monday - Friday, 4pm - 12am in our Crystal Lake facility. Some overtime may be required based on work load.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Basic understanding of inspecting and repairing components on 48 and 53 ft dry van trailers and can repair the following components;
Suspension components
Landing gear assembly and components
Wheel components and tires
Brake and air components
Electrical, lighting and wiring components
Rear frame and door components
Side, nose and roof components
Interior and floor components
• Able to perform Preventative Maintenance inspections and basic component repairs.
• Basic skill level in welding and cutting.
• Address all Driver Vehicle Inspection Report write-ups timely and efficiently.
• Enter data documenting all work performed into Fleet Maintenance System.
• Perform service calls as assigned.
• Maintain all tools and equipment in clean, safe working order.
• Adhere to all safety requirements, wear proper Personal Protective Equipment as required by the job.
• Comply with OSHA and EPA regulations.
• Will be required to complete all general company and job specific safety training.
• Adhere to company and department policies and procedures including, but not limited to safety, housekeeping and attendance.
• Pass ASE Certifications as assigned in your individual development plan.
• Perform other maintenance duties or assignments as assigned.
Requirements
• Ability to communicate repair issues to Fleet Manager or lead mechanic daily.
• Ability to manage time efficiently, completing work in time allotted.
• Basic knowledge of OSHA safety regulations.
• Basic knowledge of EPA environmental regulations.
• Technicians must provide their own basic tools necessary to perform maintenance inspections and repairs; Diagnostic equipment and major tools provided by JAF.
• Proficient computer skills.
Education & Experience
• High School graduate or GED equivalent.
• Completed a mechanic program through high school or currently attending a program through trade school, OR minimum 1 - 2 years of Trailer Mechanic experience with 48 and 53 ft dry van trailers and their components.
• CDL Class A preferred, but not required. Must be willing to learn to drive tractor-trailer
