Pros of working at J&B Group

Many.. inclusive and respectful family atmosphere. Good benefits. Decent wage. Try to promote from within. Open door policy. Diversity. Healthy company. And more.

The grass may seem greener elsewhere, but can't think of any. Maybe possible to make more elsewhere, but potential is good

They listen to anyone and everyone. They understand that keeping the company healthy is the most important. Then employees. Then other. Without that, we all lose.

The culture is based on respect. For everyone. Hard to improve on that really. It's preached.. enforced.. practiced..
