Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $87,100

The Supervisor Inventory reports to the Senior Logistics Manager and has overall responsibility for tracking incoming and finished goods materials, packaging supplies, etc. required in the warehousing and distribution of customer products. Essential Job Functions: * Responsible for high customer interactions, including prospecting, cold calling, closing deals, and daily account management. * Negotiate transactional rates with prospects and closed customers to win opportunities to grow our market share.
* Generate and qualify leads daily to determine compatibility with our services.
* Maintain accurate tracking and history of all shipments.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics services and timely resolution of any issues.
* Analyze customer needs and develop customized solutions to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain performance.
* Manage customer expectations by employing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and other account metrics.
* Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
