About the InsideSalesRepresentative Role
We're looking for a Service InsideSalesRepresentative who shares our passion for craftsmanship and customer service. In this role, you'll work closely with our Outside SalesRepresentatives and Service Technicians to ensure clients receive timely, accurate, and professional support. You'll help develop proposals, coordinate repairs, and build trusted relationships that keep our service operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do
Qualify leads and opportunities in collaboration with customers, technicians, and Outside SalesRepresentatives.
Prepare detailed service estimates and proposals, including labor, materials, and subcontractor costs for repair work, replacements, and preventive maintenance agreements.
Create and send proposals to customers in support of the Outside Sales team.
Assist with relationship management and ongoing customer communication.
Visit jobsites to gain a firsthand understanding of equipment, systems, and service needs.
Manage unassigned accounts and prepare related proposals when opportunities arise.
Support coordination of repairs, procurement of materials and equipment, and scheduling of subcontractors or deliveries.
Provide assistance with permit applications and CRM tracking for quoted opportunities.

What You Bring
Associate degree, business certificate, or equivalent related experience.
2-4 years of experience in a sales support or service coordination role (HVAC, plumbing, or construction industry experience a plus).
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Clear written and verbal communication skills with customers, technicians, and vendors.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with CRM or database systems preferred.
