Pros of working at Danella Companies

Diversity and inclusion had no place as a job requirement nor as a skill for obvious reasons. Hire people based on skill not because you need 3 more people of color or 4 more white people, that is called being a shallow racist. be careful who you spend your $ with and support LOCAL BUSINES. My personal experience, they do better work and are better people. These owners hang out with the same people thatbha e brought this country to its knees, they are 1 and the same.

Openly racist on the application, skin color matters more than job experience. That will lead to lives lost in the construction industry.

Pros of working at Danella Companies

I am a proud union member working at Danella for 7 years. I have never work for a company with better truck, tools and dedication to safety. Never have to worry about you pay or benefits.

Not much. More so personality issues you have any were you work.

The management is horrible! They do a background check on the workers but hire criminals as managers . This is a company that does not back the blue!
