While there is more to it, this is the core focus. Customer Service & Sales Serve as the first point of contact for prospects and residents. Drive the leasing process and close deals. Deliver outstanding service to exceed expectations. Operations Manage lease files and maintain accurate records. Utilize Yardi software for leasing processes. Verifies application information and other tasks as required for LIHTC or HUD programs Marketing Update social media and assist with advertising. Stay informed about local market trends.
