Bill joined KeyW from XLA, a technology firm, which supports the federal government in areas of national security and diplomacy, where he served as president and chief operating officer. Prior to XLA, he served as president of Kaseman, a professional services firm supporting the U.S. government in nation building and foreign policy assistance. Before that, he was senior vice president at GTSI Corporation, a technology provider to the U.S. government. At GTSI Corporation, Bill launched and developed a professional services business, which accounted for one quarter of the company's revenue and one third of its profit. He has also held senior executive positions, each focused on generating new solutions and growth, with McData, CNT Corporation, Inrange Technologies, International Network Services and AT&T. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Washington University and is a graduate of The Executive Program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. He is a former U.S. Army Officer and Airborne Ranger.

Epsilon Systems

Mr. Min is the Founder & CEO of Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. He is an immigrant from South Korea and a proud American veteran. The employee-ownership philosophy and entrepreneurial spirit Mr. Min established at Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. has been the primary reason for the tremendous growth since its inception in 1998. Epsilon Systems employs “Epsiloneers” across 26 locations in the U.S. and Asia and has become one of the premier government contracting firms. Epsilon has a broad customer base supporting the Department of Defense, Department of Energy, Department of Homeland Security as well as selected commercial customers. Mr. Min has received various military, business and community leadership honors from organizations such as United States Congress, U.S. Navy, Ernst & Young, Asian Business Association, and University of Southern California. Qualified as a Naval Nuclear Engineering officer, he served on both active and reserve duty from 1986 to 1998 as an officer in the U.S. Submarine Force. Mr. Min holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in engineering from the University of Southern California and Virginia Tech, respectively. He is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Owner/President Management (OPM) Program and earned a Master in Public Administration (MPA) degree at Harvard's Kennedy School of Government. Complementing his academic achievements, Mr. Min is a Board Member of both profit and non-profit organizations, including the University of Southern California’s Viterbi School of Engineering and Santa Fe Christian Schools. Passionate about giving back to the community, Mr. Min established the ESSential Foundation in 2000 and Operation Promise in 2009. The ESSential Foundation funds, among other things, military support organizations, caregivers of wounded warriors, international micro-finance, religious, educational organizations as well as community programs that support the homeless and troubled youth. Mr. Min also co-founded a church and is an Ironman tri-athlete and a marathoner.

Prior to his appointment in June 2018, Simon was Group Chief Executive of BBA Aviation plc for 10 years, a FTSE 150 listed, US-based group that employs some 14,000 people at over 200 locations around the world. Simon led the migration and growth of BBA Aviation from a financial conglomerate to the world's leading aviation support and aftermarket services company.Simon is currently a Non-Executive Director of Electrocomponents plc, is Chairman of its Remuneration Committee and is a member of the Audit and Nomination Committees. He was appointed to the Board in September 2016.Simon is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society and a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment. Simon qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the UK before working at the global investment banking firms of Lazards and JP Morgan, in London and New York, and at the international automotive and engineering group GKN plc in the UK and Germany in a range of international corporate finance, finance and general management roles. Simon has also chaired or been on the Board of numerous trade bodies including the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders and the General Aviation Manufacturers Association, and was an Associate Director of Alvis plc prior to its acquisition by BAe in 2004. Simon is a member of the Council of the University of Reading, Chairman of its Investment Committee and a member of its Strategy and Finance Committee.
