Just go through fancy words like Product optimization etc. as most of them think what JP Morgan is doing is standard which actually is not the case

It is a horrible place to work, they treat their employees like slaves. They force sales and threats that if goals aren’t achieved employees will get fired.

I would be transparent, they fake being all about people, they are all about sales, goals and threats.

I was honest, they like hiring vulnerable people, people they can control by threatening. Very abusive environment.

It is very low.

It is very diversified because they only hire the vulnerable, they need to be able to control their employees.
