BlackRock is seeking a Director, AI Deployment Engineer to lead the deployment and continuous improvement of artificial intelligence capabilities across Business Operations within the Technology & Operations organization. You will lead AI deployments from pilot through scaled adoption, identify agentic and workflow-based automation opportunities, and partner closely with subject matter experts, engineers, and product teams throughout the lifecycle. **Team Overview**
The Technology Development Operations Team (TDO) drives AI-enabled automation and integration across the Technology & Operations organization. The team partners with Aladdin Engineering, AI Labs, and other technology teams to deliver scalable, production-grade AI capabilities that improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance user experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Director, AI Deployment Engineer, you will be responsible for the successful rollout and ongoing improvement of AI solutions across Business Operations. Responsibilities include:
+ Leading end-to-end deployment of AI technologies into live operational environments
+ Running structured business process reviews to identify AI and agentic automation opportunities
+ Partnering with domain experts to understand workflows, constraints, and success metrics
+ Collaborating with engineers, data scientists, and platform teams during design, build, testing, and release
+ Serving as the primary business-facing partner during deployment to ensure solutions are usable, reliable, and scalable
+ Establishing post-deployment feedback loops and translating insights into prioritized enhancements
+ Monitoring adoption, performance, and operational risk, and driving continuous improvement
+ Contributing to deployment standards, playbooks, and guidelines for AI delivery across Business Operations
+ Supporting governance, documentation, and readiness activities to enable responsible AI adoption

Mainframe CICS Engineer
The Mainframe CICS Systems Programmer/Engineer is responsible for all phases of CICS engineering, system and software maintenance, and CICS related operational functions. The candidate must be comfortable working with CICS in a 24x7 large scale Sysplex and CICSPlex environment and must be able to interface with application developers and operations teams. The CICS engineer should have strong analytical, organizational and communication skills, as well as in-depth knowledge in CICS performance & tuning, debugging and dump analysis. On-call support and maintenance outside of normal working hours are needed to support the CICS environment and to resolve issues.
Skills Required:
Knowledge of SMP/E, software upgrades and maintenance
Knowledge of all CICS parameters that control performance in a CICSPlex environment.
Knowledge of CICS SMF record structure and the CICS Performance Analyzer tool to gather statistics necessary to tune CICS regions
Experience with CICSPlex SM implementation & customization, dynamic transaction routing, etc.
Knowledge of the CICS resource definitions, including those that pertain to CICS region performance
Experienced with the CICS monitoring tools such as Sysview for CICS.
Ability to perform problem determination, dump analysis and performance tuning
Knowledge of Cobol to support application developers
Experience with Mainframe Websphere MQ
Excellent oral/written communication skills
Skills desired:
Assembler, COBOL and REXX coding and knowledge of CICS Exits
Web application support in a CICS TS V6.x environment

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $150,000 and $210,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.

The Executive Office of Technology Services and Security (EOTSS) is the lead enterprise technology organization for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Charged with driving the ongoing alignment of business and technology across the Commonwealth's Executive Branch, EOTSS oversees and manages the enterprise technology, digital infrastructure and services, as well as the Commonwealth Security Operations Center and an enterprise Standard Operating Environment that includes an information security and risk management framework for over 125 state agencies and over 43,000 state employees. About the Role
EOTSS is seeking to hire a Network Engineer Intern to join the EOTSS Network Engineering Team. The EOTSS Networking Engineering Team provides reliable Network Services and support to all Commonwealth of Massachusetts customers. The networking services provided by the team include network design, implementation, installation, and management. The Network Engineering Team is especially skilled in and specializes in complex routing configurations, wireless networking, and the use of Visio for creating diagrams in support of the infrastructure. The team provides Tier two support to the Network Operations Team and routinely joins Major Incident conference bridges to help with troubleshooting incidents to their resolution.
The Network Engineer Intern will learn what it is like to be part of day-to-day operations. The intern will observe and participate in various incidents and change management processes. The intern will also have exposure to documentation and diagram updates. The intern will work closely with our Network Analysts and Network Engineers with asset inventory reconciliation.
The primary work location for this role will be 200 Arlington Street Chelsea, Massachusetts 02150. The work schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8\:00AM to 4\:00PM EST. This position would be expected to follow a hybrid model of reporting to work that combines in-office workdays and work from home days as needed.
This internship is a part-time opportunity, requiring approximately 22.5 hours per week, though we are open to considering candidates interested in a greater commitment. Applicants must be currently enrolled students at a higher education institution.
