College degree.

The Digital Experience Solutions Analyst role requires a candidate with a strong background in web development expertise, whom can gather and write detailed requirements like a business analyst while utilizing various Agile and Scrum methodologies like a Scrum master. The role involves supporting the building and enhancing of AB's global websites, which serve over 1 million unique visitors in 30 countries and 12 languages. The ideal candidate must possess a deep understanding of technology application, meeting regional business stakeholder goals from a globally holistic mindset, Agile and Scrum methodologies, and leverage project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
This role will collaborate with project managers, product managers and web developers to understand the needs of all parties and support implementation of solutions. The candidate will be responsible for collecting and documenting requirements, understanding current sprint velocity for the front-end web development team, leading scrum ceremonies, managing stakeholder expectations, and working closely with product managers and web development teams to complete road mapped initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Oversee end-to-end delivery management for development teams, ensuring timely execution of deliverables, adherence to release schedules, and proactive resolution of delivery blockers
* Manage development release processes, including coordinating cross-functional input, preparing and distributing release communications to large collaborative teams, and ensuring smooth deployment of updates and enhancements for platforms
* Gather requirements from regional stakeholders across EMEA, APAC, Americas, and globally to build new website features or enhancements
* Write thorough and detailed business requirements in Confluence and epics/stories in Jira with acceptance criteria and development notes for web developers to complete
* Lead and run Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning meetings, story pointing and estimation sessions, demos, and retrospectives
* Triage and troubleshoot incoming web development production issues, including CSS styling, HTML structure, JS functionality, API service calls, and CMS authoring
* Assign tickets to the appropriate team members (front-end, QA, authoring, data, etc.) based on ticket criteria and understanding team member capacity
* Navigate an Agile/Waterfall hybrid approach to development, work in a sprint timebox, and create release notes with the AEM product manager and front-end development lead
* Facilitate effective working meetings, using techniques such as active listening, negotiation, and leadership
* Tailor communication style to suit both face-to-face and virtual settings while offering strategic solutions to problems
* Collaborate with multiple partners and stakeholders, including Senior Leaders, Business Sponsors, Marketing, Front-End Development, Back-End Development, QA, Production, Content, Strategy, and Design
Job Qualifications & Key Attributes
* 4-7 years as either Web Developer, Scrum Master or similar role
* Experienced in Web Development:
* HTML
* CSS
* Javascript/React
* REST API / CRUD / API Integrations
* Comfortable working in systems, marketing/technology tools such as:
* Adobe AEM or component based CMS
* Jira, Confluence or other project/development management software
* Data Analysis tools such as Adobe or Google Analytics
