The role:
SoFi is seeking a Manager to join our Capital Markets team. In this role, you will be the point person working with a cross‑functional internal team of capital markets, treasury, investor relations, legal and IT team members together with external constituencies including broker‑dealers, investors and rating agencies to execute Capital Markets' transactions.
What you'll do:
Manage the asset‑backed securitization and whole loan sale process across SoFi Products, including (but not limited to) selecting and optimizing loan pools, preparing and reviewing marketing materials, managing internal reporting needs, and additional quantitative and qualitative analyses and content delivery for a variety of audiences.
In partnership with internal and external counsel, review and negotiate transactional terms through to execution.
Collaborate and provide strategic support to internal stakeholders such as credit, legal, engineering, product, treasury, accounting, servicing and finance.
Assist with the content preparation, communication, correspondence, and due diligence processes for external stakeholders including investors, lenders, rating agencies, data systems providers, law firms, trustees, custodians, and accounting firms.
Other ad hoc support as needed requested relating to whole loan sales, asset backed securitizations, new products, securities financing, unsecured lines of credit, and any other future financing initiatives of the company.
What you'll need:
8+ years of relevant experience desired, primarily in capital markets and ABS execution
Experience with retail tokenization, a plus
BS/BA in business, finance, accounting, economics or similar technical field
Excellent work ethic and willingness to contribute broadly to achieve team and company objectives
Strong verbal and written communication as well as technical and organizational skills
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Strong ability to read and interpret financial contracts and knowledge of core documents and industry standard/best practices in transactional terms
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (particularly in Excel, PowerPoint)
Previous experience with lending or consumer credit products a plus: mortgages, student loans, credit cards, personal loans, etc.
Previous experience with asset‑backed securitization data sets a plus: Bloomberg, Intex, DV01, etc.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay range: $115,200.00 - $216,000.00
Payment frequency: Annual

About the Role
We're looking for a Staff ProductManager to join our Markets business and build the technology, experience, and processes that delivers the next generation of digital currency.
What You'll Do
Own the Figure Market's retail and institutional experiences around the purchase, redemption, transfer, and tax reporting of YLDS, Figure's yield-bearing Stablecoin.
Support YLDS use cases on the Provenance Blockchain including deep integration with partner experiences and custody and transfers across other wallets and custody solutions.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a strategic leader to join as the Head of Commodity Product Marketing. This global role is ideal for an individual with a strong understanding of and interest in Commodity markets.
You will lead a team of Marketing Managers to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that support key business priorities. Your primary goal is to drive growth by building product awareness, driving consideration, capturing leads, and supporting both new client acquisition and the growth of existing client relationships.
This position requires a proven leader who can manage direct reports, lead cross-functional teams, and partner with stakeholders to translate business goals into effective marketing campaigns. You will report to the Head of Product Marketing.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
Set Marketing Strategy: Define the near- and long-term strategic marketing course to drive incremental revenue for the Commodity portfolio.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of individual Marketing Managers, guiding their efforts across the Energy, Agriculture, and Metals asset classes.
Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with business heads, sales, and marketing leadership. Collaborate closely with Business Line Managers, digital marketing, and Corporate Brand & Communications to deliver timely, impactful marketing.
Campaign Development: Gain an in-depth understanding of each business line, its offerings, and customer value propositions. Use this to develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing campaigns tailored to different client segments.
Drive Business Outcomes: Focus all marketing efforts on driving new business, generating a pipeline of prospects for sales, and achieving revenue goals.
Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data and insights to drive strategic targeting, ongoing performance measurement, and impactful program optimization.
Budget Management: Manage dedicated media and operating budgets with a strong focus on ROI.
Market Intelligence: Intimately understand and monitor the competitive landscape and follow trends impacting the markets to ensure CME products are optimally positioned.
Third Party Relationship management: Build and nurture relationships with key industry partners like Platts, Argus, FastMarkets, and other price reporting agencies (PRAs).
What You'll Bring (Qualifications)
Experience: 15+ years of considerable, relevant marketing experience.
Industry Knowledge: Exposure to Commodity markets and/or the financial industry is required. You are excited by trading and markets.
Leadership: Proven track record of leading impactful marketing programs and experience leading a team.
Marketing Expertise: Demonstrable success in delivering multi-channel digital marketing campaigns including paid display, search, social and owned properties like web and mobile. Experienced in the development, implementation, and measurement of multi-channel marketing programs. Skilled in tailoring marketing strategies to different audience segments, roles, and geographies.
Collaboration: Highly effective in working as part of a global, cross-functional team to deliver marketing results

GoodLeap is seeking a results-driven B2B/B2B2C Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to market strategy and execution across three core product areas: payments technology, financingsolutions, and SaaS products for home improvement trades.
This role is ideal for a strategic product marketer with experience in fintech, payments, or B2Bplatforms, who can translate complex products into clear, compelling value propositions. You will playa critical role in scaling GoodLeap's payments and financing ecosystems today, while helping shapethe foundation for future SaaS offerings for home improvement trades.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Go‐to‐Market Strategy & Product Positioning
Own and execute go-to-market strategies for B2B payments technology and financing products, with growing responsibility for new SaaS platform capabilities for home improvement trades.
Develop clear, differentiated product positioning and messaging across payments acceptance, financial workflows, and business operations.
Partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Creative to ensure alignment between product strategy, customer needs, and commercial execution.
Support early-stage SaaS product go-to-market strategy and execution, including positioning, messaging, and launch readiness.
Campaign & Launch Management
Lead cross-functional launches and adoption campaigns for payments and financing products, including new features, programs, and product releases.
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to deliver integrated campaigns across lifecycle, demand generation, and customer communications.
Test, refine, and optimize messaging, channels, and tactics to drive adoption, usage, and revenue impact.
Sales Enablement & Revenue Support
Enable Sales and Account teams with messaging frameworks, pitch decks, competitive positioning, customer-facing assets, and training materials.
Support acquisition, activation, and expansion motions by aligning product messaging to contractor, SMB, enterprise, and strategic partner needs.
Work closely with Sales to refine ICPs, qualification criteria, and funnel strategy across payments, financing, and SaaS offerings.
Data Analysis & Performance Optimization
Define and track KPIs tied to adoption, activation, conversion, retention, and product-led revenue growth.
Analyze campaign and product performance to surface insights and continuously optimize go-to-market execution.
Champion data-driven decision-making across product marketing initiatives.
Customer & Market Insight
Develop a deep understanding of how contractors and home improvement professionals manage payments, financing, and day-to-day business operations.
Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to inform product positioning and roadmap influence.
Translate insights into actionable recommendations for Product, Growth, and Leadership teams.
Required Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
7+ years of experience in B2B or B2B2C product marketing, with 4+ years of highly relevant experience within fintech, merchant services, payments technology, or financial services platforms, preferred.
Strong understanding of merchant services or B2B payments, financing products, and the operational needs of home improvement trade businesses.
Experience supporting early-stage or evolving product lines, including contributing to go-to market strategy ahead of full launch.
Proficiency with product marketing, analytics, and campaign tools.
Highly analytical with strong storytelling, positioning, and messaging skills.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments with evolving product roadmaps.
Compensation: $130,000 - $140,000 annually
