Requirements
To be successful you will need the following qualifications:
Education
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience
Minimum 20 years in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions, including financial modeling, integration, and strategic evaluation.
Demonstrated leadership in professional services or consulting engineering is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience overseeing or partnering closely with Human Resources in an integrated business environment.
Skills & Certifications
CPA required.
Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership capabilities.
Ability to understand and quantify financial risks and rewards in both strategic and operational decision making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Human Resource Oversight
Provide executive oversight for all HR functions, including talent strategy, compensation, benefits, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance.
Partner with the Director of Human Resources to ensure alignment of HR initiatives with business goals, financial sustainability, and organizational culture.
Team & Department Leadership
Lead and mentor the Finance and HR departments, including the Controller, Director of Human Resources, and Director of Facilities.
Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as a key liaison for financial matters with the Board of Directors, auditors, and regulatory agencies (DOT's).
Communicate financial performance and strategy across the firm.
Foster and manage accounting, banking, and other vendor relationships.
Mergers & Acquisitions
Lead financial due diligence, valuation, integration planning, and execution for potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
Facilities Oversight
Oversee safe, efficient, and well-managed work environments across all J-U-B locations.
Collaborate with Director of Facilities to plan for space utilization, lease management, and future facility needs.
Requirements
To be successful you will need the following qualifications:
Education
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience
Minimum 20 years in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions, including financial modeling, integration, and strategic evaluation.
Demonstrated leadership in professional services or consulting engineering is strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience overseeing or partnering closely with Human Resources in an integrated business environment.
Skills & Certifications
CPA required.
Strong analytical, strategic, and leadership capabilities.
Ability to understand and quantify financial risks and rewards in both strategic and operational decision making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in financial systems and advanced Excel. Experience in Vantage Point ERP and/or Paylocity would be beneficial.
Salary Range: $220,000 - $250,000+ annually, determined by experience

Responsibilities
Performing engineering work in various engineering fields (water and wastewater treatment infrastructure to include pipelines and pump stations, engineering services, construction management)
Work on engineering designs, prepare reports, develop plans, prepare specifications, and cost estimates for various water and wastewater projects, permitting and alternative analysis
Check performance or conformity with plans and specifications through field inspection and testing
Assist with the preparation of technical memoranda, reports and electronic deliverables
Data entry and analysis, participate in field activities such as site investigations, and pilot testing
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering
6 to 12 years of wastewater design experience in the field of environmental consulting engineering with an emphasis in hydraulics, physical, chemical, and biological treatment processes and treatment plant design
Registration as a Professional Engineer
Ability to effectively apply engineering principles including critical thinking, analysis, and innovative techniques
Familiar with codes and regulations related to drinking water
Demonstrated ability in physical, chemical, and hydraulic principals of water treatment plant design
Knowledge of structural and geotechnical design concepts and analytical laboratory techniques
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Work well in a team environment
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and manage project teams
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in civil or environmental engineering
AutoCAD experience
Experience using water and sewer hydraulic modeling software

While applying technical civil engineering knowledge and skills, this engineering position will:
Lead multi-disciplinary design teams and mentor junior staff in the planning, design, and construction of a wide variety of municipal and industrial water and wastewater treatment projects.
Coordinate with water/ wastewater staff in the local office and function as a company-wide treatment design resource and technical expert, including quality assurance and quality control support.
Collaborate directly with clients and lead / assist business development efforts with key clients and communities.
Prepare project scopes and manage the financial and technical aspects of projects.
Work side-by-side with clients, engineers, contractors, regulatory agencies, and funding agencies on projects from conception to completion
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering. Master's degree with focus in the water / wastewater treatment sector is preferred but not required.
Professional Engineer with 5+ years of experience.
Certification as a professional engineer in Idaho or Utah, or the ability to acquire licensure within 6 months.
Extensive experience in municipal water/wastewater treatment planning, design, and analysis, including experience working directly with clients and leading project teams.
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, support multiple teams and offices, and manage project deliverables.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 determined by experience.
