**Primary Responsibilities:**

Sets up injection molding machines in anticipation of the molding process, ensuring correct parameters are set for the specific part being molded
Setting molds, dies, etc., to conform to scheduled requirements, to include leaving the workstation clean and organized, with quality parts coming from the process, while minimizing downtime. Clears the production line of previous product materials, tools, and instructions, preparing it for the new part
Performs mold cleaning according to schedule and as needed to maintain optimal performance. Performs routine repairs and preventative maintenance on production machinery.
Troubleshoot and solve minor molding process conditions (short shots, flash, burns, etc.) to ensure quality and prevent non-conformance.
Adjust, maintain and troubleshoot automated equipment to maximize utilization. Work closely with setup technicians and operators to ensure proper operation of equipment.
Collaborate with Plant Leaders to stop molding process due to quality concerns.
Assist with material handling, changeovers and use of grinding equipment
Changeover of molds of an extremely complex, intricate, precise nature. Align, assemble, insert, and adjust tubes, cores, fittings, rods, or patterns into molds, using hand tools.
Hot-runner & Robot/Sprue Picker familiarity and experience with routine maintenance knowledge preferred.
Understanding of injection molding machine(s) and auxiliary equipment operations and repair preferred. Routine injection molding machine and auxiliary equipment maintenance
Read and interpret complicated drawings, work to extremely close tolerances. Use of calipers and other quality measuring devices to confirm tolerance.

POSITION SUMMARY
A Non-Destructive Testing Level 1 Technician (NDT Tech) performs non-destructive testing to determine the existence of flaws, discontinuities, contamination, or imperfections with a variety of materials in aircraft materials, components or assemblies without impairing the integrity or function of the inspected component. POSITION SUMMARY

Primary Responsibilities:
* The Individual will be responsible for assembling and packaging Ramset product per process specifications and coach's instructions.
* Proficiently maintain machinery through basic preventive maintenance, lubrication, etc.
* Perform all quality checks according to MIIs and quality specifications sheets. Track and document quality checks and scrap for assigned equipment as required.
* Set up, operate and troubleshoot any and all assembly equipment in assembly department.
* Required to weigh count parts, place cartons into bulk shippers, seal, label and place on skid.
* Required to use various hand tools such as pliers, screwdriver and wrenches for machine adjustments and set-ups.
* Follow all prescribed safety/housekeeping practices and procedures. Identify and tag safety hazards on machinery and in work area. Perform 5-S activities and improvements as required. In addition, track machine downtime per shift.
* Work with other team members and participates in team events and meetings.
* This position may be assigned other duties as needed to support plant and to meet customer needs.
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED, required.
* Must be able to work up to 40 hours (7:30pm to 600am) with occasional overtime, no greater than 12 hours per day (may be required to work Saturdays).
* Ability to understand basic machinery. Less than a year of manufacturing experience; including set up, operate, changeover, use of measurement tools and knowledge of preventive maintenance preferred.
* Ability to work in a team environment.
* Must be able to perform basic math (adding and subtraction).
