Location: This is an onsite position with our St. Petersburg Florida Bryan Dairy facility.
We are expanding to a 24/7 site and the 12-hour shift is below:
Shift B - 6pm to 6am 15% shift differential pay
Week 1: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday
Week 2: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
What will you do?
Perform electrical, painting, and/or carpentry repairs of fixtures and equipment on company premises.
Oversee installation, relocation and reinstallation of new and/or existing equipment.
Maintain and repair production support air compressors, air dryers, and vacuum systems.
Perform simple engineering calculations for proposed new equipment.
Update mechanical prints when changes mandate.
Maintain all air conditioning and ventilation equipment within manufacturer specifications.
Submit proposals and recommendations to department supervisor for upgrades or changes.
Maintain maintenance records for each piece of equipment responsible for.
Troubleshoot and conduct periodic inspections to determine maintenance work required.
Follow Preventive Maintenance Instructions and ensure that the records for such are properly documented.
Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.

Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED preferred not required; and three years or more experience with HVAC, electrical and plumbing; or equivalent combination of education/certifications/licenses and experience with demonstrated skills required to perform the job.
Personal computer operation in a Windows environment (Excel, Word, Outlook)

SUMMARY

Key Responsibilities
Perform electrical work including installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of single-phase and three-phase systems up to 480V.
Install, test, and maintain control wiring for equipment, relays, motors, and automated systems.
Read and interpret schematics, ladder logic diagrams, and electrical blueprints.
Calculate load requirements and develop plans, material lists for electrical projects.
Install and maintain electrical panels, branch circuits, lighting systems, and conduit runs (IMC EMT Ridged PBC.).
Use electrical test equipment to identify faults, verify voltage, continuity, and safety compliance.
Perform light plumbing, painting, and carpentry work as needed.
Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance and inspections; maintain detailed records.
Support the installation and relocation of facility equipment, including HVAC, air compressors, vacuum systems, and DI water systems.
Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety protocols.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum 3 - 6 years of experience in facilities or industrial electrical maintenance.
Proficiency in:
Single-phase and three-phase electrical systems
Control wiring: relays, sensors, switches, and low-voltage circuits
EMT conduit bending, wire pulling, and termination techniques
Use of multimeters, voltage testers, and circuit tracers
Strong working knowledge of electrical tools, materials, codes, and best practices.
Ability to work safely on live circuits up to 480 volts .
Experience reading electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts.
Licensing (Required)
Journeyman Electrician Certificate - Pinellas, Hillsborough County.
State of Florida Registered or Certified Electrical Contractor License is a plus.
OSHA 10/30 and/or NFPA 70E training preferred.

Position Summary:
With limited guidance in a team environment, responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks of a semi‐complex scope and nature in one or more of the following areas: plumbing, carpentry, painting, air conditioning, and general equipment
Essential Functions:
* Remove, repair or relocate machine parts; install air & water lines; align and adjust machines for production operation.
* Troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, hydraulic and mechanical equipment for proper operation both in production and non-production areas.
* Construct, install, maintain, repair and overhaul test stands, fixtures and related equipment.
* Perform high pressure tubing and hose fabrication for hydraulic and pneumatic application and contamination control.
* Plan, lay out, and construct additions, partitions, benches, shipping boxes and other carpentry.
* Assist in planning sequence of operations and methods to be used in overhaul and repair.
* Check and calibrate new or rebuilt equipment after installation.
* Active participation on the safety team and be proactive in maintaining a safe work environment in the facility.

Qualifications
* High school diploma/GED and five or more years of related maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Industrial electrical knowledge including familiarization with National Electrical Code, formal training certificate preferred.
* Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, vacuum systems, pumps and electric motors and the flow test stands.
* Experience in electronics (i.e., circuit boards and power sources) preferred.
* Experience in repair and maintenance of facility systems (i.e. HVAC, compressed air systems, fire suppression).

Location: This is an onsite position with our St. Petersburg Florida Bryan Dairy facility.
We are expanding to a 24/7 site and the 12-hour shift is below:
Shift D - 6pm to 6am 15% shift differential pay
Week 1: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday
Week 2: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday
What will you do?
* Perform electrical, painting, and/or carpentry repairs of fixtures and equipment on company premises.
* Oversee installation, relocation and reinstallation of new and/or existing equipment.
* Maintain and repair production support air compressors, air dryers, and vacuum systems.
* Perform simple engineering calculations for proposed new equipment.
* Update mechanical prints when changes mandate.
* Maintain all air conditioning and ventilation equipment within manufacturer specifications.
* Submit proposals and recommendations to department supervisor for upgrades or changes.
* Maintain maintenance records for each piece of equipment responsible for.
* Troubleshoot and conduct periodic inspections to determine maintenance work required.
* Follow Preventive Maintenance Instructions and ensure that the records for such are properly documented.
* Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
* Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
How will you get here?
Education and Experience
* High School Diploma or GED preferred not required; and three years or more experience with HVAC, electrical and plumbing; or equivalent combination of education/certifications/licenses and experience with demonstrated skills required to perform the job.
* Personal computer operation in a Windows environment (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Use of specialized maintenance tracking programs and building automation systems
* OSHA 10 and 30
* Air compressors experience (industrial and commercial ideally 175 hp)
* Vacuum machines experience (industrial and commercial ideally 50 hp)
* Dryers experience (industrial and commercial ideally 50 hp)
Preferred Licenses, Abilities and Skills
* Licensed electrician
* Licensed HVAC technician
* Licensed plumber
* Variable Speed Drives experience
* Lockout/Tagout trained
* Scissor lift experience
* Electric pallet jack experience
* Journeyman electrician a plus
* HVAC certification
Journeyman license preferred

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Automation Maintenance Technician to join our team in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. This role requires strong troubleshooting abilities, technical expertise in electronics and mechanical systems, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on automated equipment including robotics, PLC-controlled systems, SMT lines, conveyors, and inspection systems.
Troubleshoot and repair automation issues involving electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and software components.
Perform regular preventive maintenance on electronic manufacturing equipment
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and software issues with manufacturing equipment.
Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimize production delays.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and spare parts usage.
Calibrate and test equipment to ensure it meets operational specifications and quality standards.
Recommend and implement improvements to maintenance procedures and equipment performance.
Maintain compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical certification in electronics, mechatronics, or related field preferred.
Zero to two (2) years work-related experience required, preferably in electro-mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, schematics, and PLCs.
Proficient in using hand tools, diagnostic instruments, and maintenance software.
Ability to read technical manuals and interpret schematics and diagrams.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Willingness to work overtime.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in confined spaces or at heights if necessary.
