Employee and Team Development: * Identify individual and team strengths and development needs on an ongoing basis. * Create and/or validate training curriculum in area of responsibility. * Coach and mentor tooling department staff to deliver excellence to every internal and external customer. * Create and manage succession plans for the machine shop function. Performance Management: * Establish clear measurable goals and objectives by which to determine individual and team results (i.e. operational metrics, results against project timelines, training documentation, attendance records, knowledge of operational roles and responsibilities, personal development goals). * Solicit ongoing feedback from Workcell Manager (WCM), Business Unit Manager (BUM), peers and team member on the PE team member's contribution to the workcell. Provide ongoing coaching and counseling to team member based on feedback. * Express pride in staff and encourage them to feel good about their accomplishments. * Perform team member evaluations professionally and on time. * Drive individuals and the team to continuously improve in key operational metrics and the achievement of the organizational goals. * Coordinate activities of large teams and keep them focused in times of crises. * Ensure recognition and rewards are managed fairly and consistently in area of responsibility. Communication: * Provide communication forum for the exchange of ideas and information with the department. * Organize verbal and written ideas clearly and use an appropriate business style. * Ask questions; encourage input from team members. * Assess communication style of individual team members and adapt own communication style accordingly. TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES * Oversees the maintenance management program including repair parts, preventative maintenance, feeder maintenance, and the support equipment maintenance program * Plans the activities of the technical staff * Develops and maintains all department reports/records * Supervises the planning and execution of line moves and builds * Schedules equipment vendors for installation, repair and updates of equipment * Assure that procedures and work instructions are efficient and not redundant. * Offer new ideas and suggestions for improvement. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred; and three years experience in maintenance management; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Hands-on experience and knowledge of Surface Mount Technologies (SMT) and Thru-hole equipment/gear, process optimization, Statistical Process Control, Design for Manufacturability, Design for Test, Demand Flow Technology (line balancing), and Design of Experiment methodologies. As the Inventory Control Analyst, you will take ownership for monitoring inventory levels, traceability, and identifying, classifying, and finding the root causes of inventory inaccuracies. They will also give feedback and possible solutions to the manager to eliminate further discrepancies. What will you do? Support running the warehouse and day-to-day task delegation to materials handlers Responsible for monitoring all material transactions for assigned area(s). Third Shift (Monday - Thursday) 10:30 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Understand all test processes per released work instructions (pressure, leak, flushing, drying, electrical validation) to provide accurate support and documentation. Responsible for debug and troubleshooting all test failures Responsible for preventative maintenance and upkeep of all test equipment, including calibration checks, cleaning, and scheduled service tasks. Provide clear pass‑down reports at shift change. Follow all safety protocols, including PPE and Lockout for energized equipment and liquid systems. Collaborate with Test Engineers and Manufacturing to improve test yields, uptime, and efficiency. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support training for new processes. May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. JOB QUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS Ability to read wiring diagrams, and P&IDs. Familiarity with PLC/HMI interfaces, VFDs, and electrical safety practices. Basic understanding of pressure, flow, and leak detection principles. Proficient in Windows-based PC operation and data entry. Ability to define problems, collect data, and draw valid conclusions. Strong communication skills for interaction with engineers, operators, and support teams. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions. JOB SUMMARY Responsible for process development, training and support of systems, tools and processes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Serve as the functional expert for all inventory control related systems and tools. * Support other users in typical and advanced questions that require research to solve. * Coordinate and facilitate training for the plant in terms of new hires, new functionality, and upgrades. * Track and communicate all changes/enhancements to existing systems including upgrades to current systems. * Understand standardized departmental functions, processes, procedures, and systems. * Evaluate business systems and troubleshoot areas of concern. * Introduce and support corporate provided/designed tools. * Evaluate and monitor the current processes and tools to determine their ability to meet the department's business needs. * Provide support for the plant for all system tools and related issues. * Identify opportunities for enhancements. * Detail requirements for enhancements with respect to a Business Development Request submitted by a functional area. * Provide initial functional specifications. * Assist in the testing, validation, and rollout processes for new functionality, to include plant level training. * Define and/or document business processes, policies and work instructions. * Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor. * Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy. * May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. * Relocation and sponsorship are available. JOB QUALIFICATIONS KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS * Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages. * Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra. * Strong knowledge of global and regional logistics operations and industry. * Strong proficiency in determining logistics requirements to enable company's business goals and objectives with ability to devise and implement strategy to achieve targets. * Strong financial and analytical ability. Proficiency in managing business analytics to determine optimum company footprint. * Strong knowledge of international direct and indirect taxes as well as global customs regimes. * Proven track record of successful change management accomplishments, implementing and management continuous productivity and cost reduction programs. * Strong and convincing communication skills. * Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS * High School diploma required. * Bachelor's degree and Certification by related professional organizations is preferred. * Three years related experience and/or training. * Or a combination of education, experience and/or training.
