JOB SUMMARY
Has the capacity to perform all manufacturing processes in the workcell or production line.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Receives specific work instruction from the repair/prescreen team leads. Operates with some latitude for un-reviewed actions or decisions, using education and experience as guides.
* Becomes proficient and certified in all positions on the production lines assigned, to include Pre-screening, Tester I, Cosmetic Cleaning, Inspection, Machine Operator, Cosmetic Repair, and Material Handling and any other positions.
* For assigned production lines within the workcell, and sometimes for other workcells, fills in for workers not present in order to maintain the line's productivity.
* May perform reworks ICT and FVT failures, QC rejects and salvage for assigned lines.
* May assist supervisors in conducting training and cross training of line workers from assigned line.
* May rework RMA's as requested by Production Supervisor.
* May rotate regularly and often in each of the following positions:
o Machine Operator - Performs SMT activities and run SMT equipment
o Tester I - Tests complete functionality of device after repair has been performed and verifies all information on work traveler matches that of device repaired
o Quality Inspector - Act as the eyes of the customer by performing audits on product at OBA or Pre-Ship stage to detect and drive actions on defects that escape the manufacturing process.
o Repair Technician- Perform cosmetic cleaning and painting to make repaired units per Company Quality specifications.
o Material Handler- This position will have responsibility for; receiving, shipping and movement of raw materials, equipment and parts

· Acts as final checkpoint for raw materials and finished goods prior to being shipped to customer or end user.

The Research and Development organization is embedded within each of our Clorox business, taking new generations of consumer products from concept to reality.
