What will you do?
The Technical Program Manager will facilitate and lead test initiatives for a defined customer (internal or external) or user. Provide full accountability for project schedules, project management, and performance requirements for infrastructure, test development and Framework level projects. Some of the key job responsibilities of a Technical Program Manager include:
Requirements Management & Planning
Ensure all NPI test project requirements are accurately captured, validated, and translated into actionable plans.
Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify objectives, technical specifications, and deliverables for Infrastructure, SUT, RUT, and GCTD projects.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
Project Execution & Delivery-
Drive NPI test project tasks to completion, ensuring adherence to schedules, quality standards, and scope.
Coordinate Infrastructure NRE planning, material procurement with third-party suppliers, and implementation activities.
Partner with factory teams to ensure readiness for new product introduction and smooth transition to production
Stakeholder Collaboration
Serve as the primary liaison between internal and external customers throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate end-to-end engagement-from initial requirements gathering to factory acceptance-ensuring alignment and satisfaction.

Monitoring & Reporting

About the Role
Decagon is looking for a System Integrator Partner Lead, a founding member of our Partnerships team who will help design, build, and scale our revenue focused partnership programs, specially our partner program for implementation and delivery partners. In this role, you will blend go-to-market strategy, program design, and partner enablement and work closely with customers, partners, and internal teams to drive customer and commercial outcomes.
