The incumbent in this position is responsible for tracking and monitoring the progress of Tribal Member participants who reside in local jails, prison facilities. The individual performs duties according to the policies and procedures of the Center for Behavioral Health Department Re-Entry Program. Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution with provision of a transcript confirming completion of a major field of study in Criminal Justice, Prevention, Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health, or Social Service delivery, is required. Minimum of three (3) years work experience in the field of re-entry services, prevention, behavioral health, including experience working with multi-diagnosed individuals (e.g. mental health disorders/substance dependence-related conditions), family systems work, and community-based treatment, is required.
