Greet and assist customers browsing our used vehicle inventory
Identify customer needs through effective questions and active listening
Guide customers through vehicle selection, presenting features, benefits, and available options
Conduct test drives while following dealership protocols

Maintain strong product knowledge of all pre-owned inventory

Service Advisors guide our guests through the entire repair process, keeping them informed about the status of their vehicles and ensuring their satisfaction before they leave our facility.

Greet every guest that enters our facility with hospitality and respect
