Foss received a bachelor's degree in computer science from Minnesota State University.

Greg Adelson is the Chief Operating Officer of Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. He joined Jack Henry in 2011 as Group President of iPay Solutions™. Adelson has more than 20 years of electronic payments experience.

A CPA, CISA and CIA who has championed various multi-million dollar system development efforts, created risk assessment approaches for cyber security audits and performed access control assessments, information security classification and policy and procedure development and testing.
