Description
The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for technology. This position will expose the candidate to a wide variety of IT duties. Responsibilities
Assist senior level IT staff with various day-to-day tasks with the goal of becoming proficient in many areas of IT
Familiarity and willingness to learn different technologies including networking, security, server/client, backup/restore, Wi-Fi and others
Familiarity with working in a Microsoft Active Directory based environment, to include, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy.
Assists with the administration and management of the VMWare virtual environment including SANs.
Assist with the administration and management of backup systems.
Provides technical support-identifying, investigating, and resolving users' problems with computer software and hardware-for problems specific to the organization's computer networks and systems.
Administer user requests and privileges. Training and assistance for end users as assigned
Applies knowledge of computer software, hardware, and procedures to solve problems.
Arranges service by software or hardware vendors to repair or replace defective products
Must be able to accurately document issues/resolutions, switch ports and other relevant networking documentation
Ability to take direction from more experienced IT staff and handle a task given with minimal supervision

I2X Technologies is seeking a Network Administrator to support ongoing activities for a customer in San Antonio, TX. This position will be on-site and requires a Secret clearance.
* Providing specifications for network architecture, evaluating and recommending new technologies to enhance current capabilities, and performing needs assessments.
* Support-level duties may include monitoring, installation, modification, testing and servicing of network equipment.
* Address somewhat complex technical issues/problems using internal best practice and through collaboration with colleagues.
* Develop solutions to technical problems that require depth of technical knowledge, but are typically limited in complexity.
* Communicate with colleagues across multiple areas (project managers, other technical resources, etc.).
* Explain technical solutions, practices and procedures to others within the organization.
Qualifications
* BS degree preferred
* 4 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2 years of prior relevant experience.
* Experience with Splunk, Cisco layer 2, 3, ASAs and F5 BigIP GTM and LTM.
* Experience with Linux and Windows enterprise services.
* Requires working knowledge of and ability to apply standards, principles, theories, concepts, and techniques of technical domain.
* Works to achieve day-to-day objectives with moderate impact on the area/ project team.
* Works independently on larger, moderately complex projects/assignments. May assist other technical staff with tasks and assignments.
Essential Requirements:
US Citizenship is required.
CompTIA Security+ Certification (or higher) is required.

Scope:
* We are looking for a responsible associate to maintain inventory accuracy of the Return product by performing cycle counts and quickly resolving any discrepancies found.
* What you'll do:
* You'll use an RF scanner to perform a count of aged items daily
* You'll utilize the appropriate systems to report or correct order issues
* You will re-route orders and re-print shipping labels as needed
* Collaborate with other departments to investigate and resolve order issues quickly
* Escalate all discrepancies to management
What you'll need:
* 1 year previous Inventory/Cycle counting
* Knowledge of the safety and regulatory requirements and documentation (MSDS, OSHA, Equipment Checklist, BOL, etc.)
* You'll have worked with a WMS system
* Ability to work mostly unsupervised in a fast paced environment while achieving expected results
* Previously demonstrated ability to handle general administration tasks

Primary duties will include (but not limited to):

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Certification by the Inter-agency Training Center (ITC) in the conduct of Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) is required.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree.
