The Project Analyst with the Symitar Integration Development team will be part of a team responsible for building software integrations with the Symitar core for vendors and internal Jack Henry products. The ideal candidate will combine strong financial institution business knowledge with technical aptitude to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment. This position may be worked remotely within the United States, with the exception of California and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX; Cedar Falls, IA; Charlotte, NC; Lenexa, KS; Louisville, KY; Monett, MO or Springfield, MO. This position is ineligible for immigration sponsorship and support. What you'll be responsible for: * Lead and coordinate multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and status updates are maintained. * Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to design and implement solutions that align with business and technical requirements. * Performs needs analysis to develop design specifications for projects. Defines the system and functional requirements of the product. Performs requirements gathering, project scoping and translates requirements into business specifications. * Coordinates the development, quality assurance and testing efforts to ensure conformance with design specifications and performance standards. * Responsible for creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation for all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design specifications, development artifacts, testing plans, deployment guides, and pilot support materials. * May perform other job duties as assigned. Job Summary: As a Project Manager, you will the primary customer point of contact, responsible for overseeing multiple projects simultaneously from Internal Kick Off meeting through and including project close out. Responsibilities: Serve as the Project Teams' primary point of contact for customer over the lifetime of the project. Work closely with project engineers, client strategy team and managed partner clients to plan and develop scope, deliverables, resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives. Plan and coordinate project schedules, goals and milestones to meet project deadlines. Create and maintain technical documentation as needed and distribute to the professional services resources. Adhere to budgets and keep projects on track for successful completion. Create project health reports, analyze the data and adjust project plans as necessary. Work collaboratively with the professional services team and customer team to create rollout schedules based on geographical needs, blackout dates, and time restrictions set by customers. Host daily/weekly project status meetings both internal and customer facing. Produce project P&L reports and project exception reporting. Create project health reports, analyze the data and adjust project plans as necessary Process project invoicing and Project Change Order as specified in the project SOW. Responsible for knowledge transfer across all teams and maintaining client satisfaction through the life of the project. Communicate with professional services and service desk teams on sites, supplying support when necessary.
