The benefits are really good.

The overall company boasts a vibrant and healthy culture but does not trickle down to individual departments. Inner-office politics rule the day and it is functionally more important than doing whats right.

In the beginning of my work was excellent but after 15 years start going south

Cons of working at Jack Henry & Associates

new Management was not in the proper positions, has no experience and some was so rude and inexperience dealing with staff
