The Corporate IT Support Analyst is responsible for directly and indirectly delivering efficient, effective, and high-quality technical support to corporate end users and above-restaurant leaders while meeting established service level agreements. KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve moderately complex to complex incidents and problems.
* Fulfill service requests for hardware, software, configuration changes or corporate event readiness.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:

Experience:

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership and Skillset
* Provide hands-on guidance and development, while also actively managing a subset of assets.
* Ensure decisions align with brand priorities and real estate objectives.
* Serve as an escalation point for complex negotiations.
Portfolio & Lease Management
* Managing the existing portfolio of 180+ company restaurants and 150+ franchise leases.
* Protect the long-term health of the lease portfolio by proactively managing key real estate terms.
* Extend lease option periods to preserve site control and future flexibility.
* Lead negotiations for rent reductions, early renewals, tenant improvement allowances or strategic lease restructures.
* Monitor lease expirations, renewal windows, and risk exposure across assigned geography.

* Provide strategic input into closure analysis, lease workouts, and portfolio rationalization.
* Review and approve DealPath requests prior to formal leadership escalation.

QUALIFICATIONS:
* 8-10+ years of experience in asset management, real estate, or lease administration, preferably in the restaurant, retail, or franchise industries.
