Quintin V. Kneen, President and Chief Executive Officer, Gulfmark Quintin V. Kneen was named President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company in June 2013. Mr. Kneen joined GulfMark in June 2008 as the Vice President - Finance and was named Senior Vice President - Finance and Administration in December 2008. He was subsequently appointed as the Company's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer in June 2009 where he worked until his appointment as Chief Executive Officer. Previously, he was Vice President-Finance & Investor Relations for Grant Prideco, Inc., serving in executive finance positions at Grant Prideco since June 2003. He holds an M.B.A. from Rice University and a B.B.A. in Accounting from Texas A&M University, and is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Rollie served in the United States Air Force from 1969-72, where he was chief of data automation. After serving in the Air Force, Rollie returned to Anderson Trucking Service (ATS) and began managing K&W Transportation while working alongside his father, Harold, on ATS-related work. He did so until ATS sold K&W in 1994 when he fully transitioned into his current role. Rollie has served as ATS’ CEO since 2001. Prior to his military service, Rollie was helping with various tasks at ATS beginning at the age of 14. Rollie enjoys being involved in numerous community organizations throughout central Minnesota. Outside of community involvement, he also spends much of his free time hunting, fishing and spending time with his five grandchildren. Rollie attended the University of Minnesota, where he earned degrees in Business Administration and Math and Economics.
