As Chairman & CEO of Jack Morton Worldwide, Josh’s vision for the agency is to foster an ideas-led culture that creates the world’s most powerful and engaging brand experiences, and to help Jack Morton’s clients build the world’s most talked-about experience brands.

Josh became CEO in March 2003 and added the title of Chairman in 2007. Under his leadership, Jack Morton has invested in its core offerings to help launch products and brands; engage customers and consumers; and align employees and sales channels. Through his stewardship, the agency has grown globally, with offices in the US, UK, Australia, China and the Middle East and has invested in enhanced planning, measurement and digital capabilities. During his tenure the agency has elevated its creative talent, winning dozens of awards from industry bodies including the Cannes Lions, Effies, Stevies, EX Awards and Webby Awards.

Josh is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and serves on the board of City Year Boston, a national youth service corps.

Bill Davies leads Jack Morton’s global operations and finance organization including information technology, real estate, insurance and legal. He led the deployment of a cutting-edge global integrated financial system that is utilized by Jack Morton operations around the globe. Bill joined the company in 2002 as EVP, Chief Financial Officer and in 2011 he expanded his role to COO. In his capacity as COO, Bill is responsible for Jack Morton’s corporate development and also oversees Jack Morton’s operations in Detroit. He is responsible for Jack Morton’s merger and acquisition activity and the development and expansion of Jack Morton’s global affiliate program. Bill previously served as Senior Vice President for The Interpublic Group of Companies’ (IPG) Advanced Marketing Services group. Prior to that he worked as CFO of Weber Shandwick Worldwide, one of the world’s leading public relations firms. Bill joined founder Larry Weber at The Weber Group in 1990, where he implemented comprehensive financial systems through a period of significant growth which culminated in Weber’s 1996 acquisition by McCann-Erickson World Group. Bill is a graduate of Brown University.
