Accountable for providing customers with product and service information. Accountable for routing calls to appropriate resources. Accountable for following up on customer calls where necessary, including checking and returning all voicemails. Accountable for communicating and coordinating with colleagues and leaders as necessary. Accountable for providing ongoing contribution to the entire World Class Consolidation team.
