About the position:
The primary functions of the Behavioral Health Registered Nurse are to provide psychiatric evaluation and therapy to home bound patients. Coordinates care with the interdisciplinary team, patient/family, and referring agency; the BHRN also assumes the responsibility for coordination of care.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain wind turbine equipment along with associated infrastructure including substation, collection, and transmission systems.
Read schematics and proficiently troubleshoot complicated mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems with variable pitch, variable speed control systems and components.
Perform mechanical and electrical component repair or replacement of parts to correct malfunctions following all manufacturers' requirements.
Comply with all project environmental health and safety programs.
Perform preventive maintenance in accordance with OEM maintenance manuals.
Adhere to effective internal controls.
Perform data collection and prepare reports to meet wind plant reporting requirements.
Perform various retrofits and design modifications.
Perform various QA/QC functions, compile and submit supporting documents of items found. If applicable, support Construction in the Mechanical and Commissioning walk-downs.
Additional Responsibilities
Increase professional knowledge of turbine or solar equipment, including safety regulations.
Willing to work overtime on holidays, weekends, and on short notice participating in an on-call schedule.

The Phlebotomist supports high-quality, Veteran-centered care by performing specimen collection and processing for a VA Community-Based Outpatient Clinic. Responsibilities include venipuncture and capillary collections, specimen handling/processing, courier preparation, point-of-care testing (as authorized), and accurate documentation in the electronic systems. The role emphasizes patient identification, safety, infection prevention, regulatory compliance, and excellent Veteran experience.
Verify patient identity using two identifiers; obtain informed consent/assent per policy and explain procedures to Veterans in a trauma-informed manner.
Perform venipuncture and capillary collections for adults, including special collections (e.g., timed, fasting, cold-protected) per requisition.
Select appropriate tubes/containers; follow order-of-draw to minimize hemolysis and cross-contamination.
Label specimens at bedside/point of collection with required identifiers; ensure complete, legible requisitions and orders.
Centrifuge, aliquot, and store specimens under proper conditions (temperature, light protection, stability) per test requirements.
Prepare specimens for transport (pack-out) following chain-of-custody, biohazard, and packaging requirements; coordinate courier pick-up and tracking.
Perform and document CLIA-waived POCT (e.g., glucose, urine dipstick, rapid tests) as authorized; run quality controls and maintain logs.

Assist with repair work on wear plates, rock chutes, belt splicing, changing idlers, changing bearings, etc.
Keep all travel ways clear from spillage for safe access for all personnel.
Clean up spillage around conveyors/crushers to keep crushing plants in production.
Safely operate a variety of tools and equipment including walk behind loaders, skid loaders, power washer, hammer drill, and grinders.
Ensure buildings and job sites are orderly with the tools and parts cleaned and stored properly.
Complete all tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Communicate with the plant operators on issues that you spot throughout the day.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations, and with company policies and procedures; MSHA Part 46 training a plus.
Any other duties assigned by Management.

Physical Requirements: sitting, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, twisting, climbing, balancing, bending (bending at the waist, lifting above the waist and lifting below the waist), kneeling, reaching, grasping (use of both hands), squatting, repetitive motions, manipulative finger movements with both hands, use of wrists (flexing or rotating with both wrists), use of both feet, use of arms above and below shoulder, work extended periods of time in same position, perform duties in all climates i.e. weather, extreme temperatures, tolerate heights, lift and carry up to 75 lbs., work in confined spaces, capable of wearing respiratory and other personal protective equipment.
