As an Engineering Intern you will:
* Assist in the development of Asset Life Plans, troubleshoot equipment failures, and identify corrective actions.
* Identify process improvement opportunities related to these troubleshooting efforts.
* Participate in the project scope and cost estimate development for projects assigned.
* Work with engineers and construction coordinators on installation, testing, and commissioning of newly installed devices.

* Participate in both onsite and offsite technical training opportunities.
* Be assigned small projects to lead from conception through completion.
* Attend project team meetings and report project status updates.
* Ensure compliance with all corporate procedures and guidelines. Ensure that the annual training required is completed on time.
* Full-time presence in the workplace is required. If applicable, the ability to work overtime may be needed to ensure required staffing capacity to meet daily production objectives.

Electrical Engineering Co-Op Essential Job Functions:

* Support maintenance in development of policies and procedures for preventative and predictive maintenance

Electrical Engineering Co-Op Minimum Requirements:
* Enrolled at an accredited college or university majoring in an undergraduate Electrical Engineering degree program. Preference given to students located within 50 miles of the assigned Olin location.
* Must have an overall grade point average of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale at all times throughout your time at Olin. An official transcript will be required each term. Cumulative GPA on current institution transcript will be used in transfer college situations.
* Must have completed sophomore year prior to first rotation with Olin
* Ability to work full time (40 hours a week during normal business hours) either January - May 2026 or August - December 2026. Not eligible for virtual work.
* Preference will be given to candidates with availability and desire to work a minimum of three (3) terms with no more than one of those terms occurring over the summer
