When the season over
My hours , Working with my cousin workers making the customers smile learning my job completely I got a promotion and was running my own store by my second year being a fast learner even learning enough to teach myself things about the system and taxes
The opportunity to help tax payers get their best tax dollars.
The unorganized office set up. And the unprofessional coworkers.
Your supposed to be allowed to view a motivational clip when needed.
Training was free
For training too many people for resources available. Hired too many people. Had to drive over 1/12 hours each way to only work 5 hours a day, 2 days a week

Pay is not much for a starting tax preparer and the customers can be difficult due to lack of understanding about taxes.
What I liked most about working at Jackson Hewitt is Helping clients get the most on their returns
There really isn't anything I didn't like about working here. It was a wonderful experience
I really didn't get any perks when I worked there.

Lots if down time mid season
Remote position that is very beneficial to my daily needs

I don't like the fact its seasonal
My favorite perk is March when it get busy and stressful, which make me a better individual.
