My hours , Working with my cousin workers making the customers smile learning my job completely I got a promotion and was running my own store by my second year being a fast learner even learning enough to teach myself things about the system and taxes

Cons

For training too many people for resources available. Hired too many people. Had to drive over 1/12 hours each way to only work 5 hours a day, 2 days a week
