Create and manage monthly reporting packages for leadership, including P&L performance, sales trends, labor forecasting, and profitability analysis. Own analysis of pricing effectiveness, elasticity, discount tests, multi-pet promotions, and regional rate strategies. Measure promotional performance (conversion, LTV impact, uplift, margin mix, CAC efficiency). Build frameworks to evaluate marketing campaign ROI, customer acquisition performance, retention behavior, and booking patterns. Translate customer and revenue insights into recommendations for Marketing, Operations, and Leadership. Develop forecasting models for seasonal demand, occupancy patterns, and promotional lift. Oversee BI strategy, reporting roadmap, dashboards, and analytics processes. Manage, mentor, and develop the Business Intelligence Manager and Business Intelligence Analyst. Ensure strong data governance, accuracy, standardization, and data hygiene across platforms. Partner with cross-functional teams to define KPI frameworks and improve visibility into performance. Evaluate and enhance reporting systems, financial tools, and BI solutions. Ensure integration and data flow between CRM, hotel management systems, analytics tools, and financial platforms. Work with vendors, IT, Marketing, and Operations to solve data issues and optimize systems. Qualifications 7+ years in FP&A, business intelligence, marketing analytics, or related roles. Experience managing high-performing analytical teams. Proven track record supporting executive-level decision-making. Bachelor's degree required in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, Power Query, pivoting, forecasting). Strong SQL skills (data extraction, transformation, performance analysis). Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Zoho Analytics). Familiarity with financial planning & reporting systems. Experience with FP&A software such as Cube, Datarails, or Vena is preferred. Understanding of CRM systems, hotel management platforms, or POS/booking systems is preferred. Experience with GA4, Looker Studio, and marketing attribution tools is preferred. Strong financial acumen, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. Ability to simplify complex data and communicate insights clearly. Comfortable working across Finance, Marketing, Operations, HR, and Technology. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Collaborative leadership style with excellent communication skills. Primarily sitting at a desk with occasional travel required. Responsibilities and Duties: Serve as Trusted Advisor: Serve as trusted business advisor to PGL in support of PG strategy, people, finances, and operations. Serve as PGL proxy for practice initiatives, monthly meetings, communications, expense/write down approvals. Support the development/execution of the PG strategic plan, monitor/report progress monthly, and ensure that ongoing PG initiatives are in line with the strategic goals. Facilitate requests/deliverables between the PGs and all BusSvc departments to ensure operational excellence. People: Provide support continuity and best practices training for new hires and new PGLs. Facilitate status of new laterals between Recruiting and PGL keeping PGL involvement to a minimum. Ensure focus is maintained on the PG promotion pipeline and current candidates. The Director II Medical Cost Intelligence AI & Engineering is responsible for strategic oversight and delivery of enterprise technology solutions, inclusive of AI, analytics and agentic solutions, business units and enterprise functions focused on managing medical cost. Delivery responsibilities will include leading engineering teams and collaborating with internal technology teams to deliver scalable enterprise level solutions that will proactively manage medical costs through the use of AI & analytics focused capabilities to drive affordable healthcare across the industry. The role will also be responsible for drive innovation technology solutions that change the strategic landscape of how Elevance Health manages medical costs and proactively identifies and takes actions to ensure affordable healthcare. How you will make an impact: * Planning, directing, and controlling multiple teams of resources and initiatives to accomplish the objectives and requirements defined by senior technology and product management across multiple teams. This is inclusive of design, development, and testing teams delivering AI & analytics solutions. * Provides technology thought leadership to business partners ensuring teams are delivering scalable solutions that enable enterprise level priorities and financial goals. * Responsible for the planning and execution of technology solutions and the ability to manage to budgetary constraints. * Interfaces with key technology solution vendors; develops strategies and facilitates performance measurement plans to optimize vendor and associate performance and outcomes. * Develops application technology plans, forecasting for an enterprise application, enterprise-wide tool, infrastructure, or a center or domain that is equivalent in scope and complexity. * Manages a domain or suite of applications (or the equivalent capital and/or level of responsibility). * Oversees strategic planning, budget development, and management for a single large or multiple cost centers, contract compliance, and any necessary integration of government regulatory requirements. * Ensures disaster recovery and business continuity plan are implemented, monitored, and updated on a recurring basis. * Ensures delivery and supports system solutions that support the continuous operations. * Identifies and resolves hurdles for assigned areas/groups according to established deadlines. * Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with key business partners. * Partners with customers in order to understand new product enhancements or features being requested. * Plans and executes annual projects while maintaining profit and loss (P&L) responsibility. * Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships with key business partners. * Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports. Minimum Requirements: Requires an BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study and a minimum of 8 years of IT management experience in the area of function being managed; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences: * Health insurance industry experience, specifically at a provider or payer strongly preferred. * AI delivery of business solutions strongly preferred. * Experience delivering AI and technology solutions for a targeted business function strongly preferred. * Prior people leadership experience preferred.
