The purpose of this position is to install, service, and test electronic security systems including burglar and fire alarms, CCTV, Access Control systems and all related electronic security equipment in residential, commercial, and industrial environments.
Starting pay ranges from $20-$35 based on experience- also there is a monthly Incentive program of up to 10% of your annual pay!

Here's what you'll need:

Here's what you'll be doing:
- Install and wire specified alarm system devices.
- Test and verify that all systems and devices installed (alarm panels, sirens, horns, strobes, etc.) function properly and in accordance to manufacturer's specifications.
- Use multimeters for particular volts and OHM readings and circuit analysis.
- Hook up RJ31X to specified panel mountings of particular devices such as motion detectors, keypads, and controls.
- Program alarm systems via programmer or keypad.
- Explain and demonstrate to the customer how the specific alarm system installed works.
- Complete proper paperwork and submit to the appropriate department on a daily basis.
- Communicate with clients, co-workers and Per Mar's Central Monitoring Station.
- All other reasonable duties as assigned by the Installation Supervisor specific to the operation of daily business functions.

What You'll Do:
Respond promptly to roadside service calls to change and replace tires on commercial vehicles
Perform tire mounting, dismounting, and replacements efficiently while on the road
Conduct thorough inspections of tires and vehicles to identify any additional issues
Ensure a clean and organized work environment, including proper maintenance of tools and equipment
Work independently in all weather conditions to provide reliable roadside tire service
Complete additional tasks as assigned to support team operations
What You Need:
Valid Driver's License and ability to pass pre-employment driver's screening
Willingness to work night shifts, overtime, and non-standard hours with minimal supervision
Preferred experience with commercial vehicles and general mechanical skills
Ability to safely change and repair commercial tires on the road in various weather conditions
Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 150 pounds occasionally

Clinical Scribe I

Job DescriptionDescriptionAs an Ophthalmic Scribe you will work alongside physician dictating into the patient's chart and assist physician with minor in-office procedures. Schedule:M-F, paid mileage in addition to pay to travel to local cities (Lansing, Battle Creek, and Kalamazoo) with the doctor as needed.
What you will be doing
Bring patients to and from exam rooms
Perform detailed documentation of patient work ups and OD/MD comments in patient's electronic medical record
Complete patient encounter form based on determined diagnosis
Apply drops to anesthetize, dilate, or medicate eyes
Provide chair-side physician assistance and administer treatment as allowed and ordered by the physician
Review care instructions with patients
Complete a detailed patient history including past medical history, family medical history and chief complaint
Check patient's visual acuity which includes far acuity, near acuity, peripheral vision, depth perception, and color perception
Examine eyes for abnormalities
Perform other tests and measurements including A-scans, B-scans, fundus photography, corneal topography, HRTII and pachymetry
Measures intraocular pressure of eyes (glaucoma test)
Read patient's eyeglass prescription with automated lensometry
Prep exam rooms for treatment
Maintain patient confidentiality following HIPAA regulations
Demonstrate basic knowledge of eye anatomy, disease, symptoms & ocular medications
Stay current with the latest technologies and medications and be able to answer general patient questions
What you know Required
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Valid driver's license and ability to drive a motor vehicle
Efficient computer skills and ability to type 40+ words per minute
Desired
Experience working as a Medical Scribe
Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience
Knowledge of medical terminology
