Zurich is currently looking for a Senior Construction Risk Engineering Consultant for the Casualty Lines of Business in our Southeastern region. This is a Remote work from home role. The preferred region is Eastern Tennessee, with additional consideration given to Northern Georgia and the western areas of both North and South Carolina. In this role as a Senior Construction Risk Engineering Consultant, you will be responsible for:
Adapting Zurich's Innovative Solutions to the Construction Industry with the objective of minimizing impacts to customer losses, and overall improvement of Sustainability & Business Resiliency at the Corporate Level.
Leveraging Zurich's risk engineering tools and services to improve customer risk and general account management of customers who purchase Zurich Construction Insurance products such as: Workers Compensation, General Liability and Auto Liability.
Delivering high quality construction consultative services for customers, including identifying exposures and program risk control gaps to form the basis of risk mitigation recommendations, investigation of cause/effect of major losses for hazard/safety management programs.

Producing advanced level presentations and delivering risk management training for customers and internal business partners.

Basic Qualifications:

Position Summary:
Risk Advisors are responsible for a book of business through a combination of assigned accounts with the opportunity to write new business. Risk Advisors are responsible for counseling and selling risk management and insurance products to clients and expanding the Seltzer Brand. Responsibilities:
Responsible for retaining and growing a book of business, inclusive of emergency services clients; the retention goal is 98-100%.
Act as a Producer or Associate Producer on book of business assigned.

Soccer Shots is ramping up its operation, and we are looking to expand our team of instructors to accommodate our growth. We operate in daycares, preschools, community centers, etc... all over the Jackson Metro area.
We have sessions running Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM, with some Park Programs launching in the evenings and Saturday mornings. There is some flexibility in scheduling; meaning that if there are some morning or afternoons where you aren't available, we can work around that. However, once your schedule is set with us, it won't change. You'll be at the same locations at the same times each week, and we need you to be committed for the entire season.
We are currently hiring for our upcoming season. Each instructor starts out at $15/session, with opportunity to increase. The more availability you have, the more sessions you can run, the more money you can make.
The ideal instructor MUST meet the following criteria:
Responsible: Arrives on time to each session, can handle a group of 10 or more children, keeps accurate attendance, communicates well with Soccer Shots director of coaching, etc.
Professional: Neat in appearance, friendly and courteous with day care center staff and director as well as parents, self-assured.
Enthusiastic: Must enjoy interacting with young children (2 - 9 years old), and be able to connect with them on their level, making the Soccer Shots class the best 30-40 minutes of their week. You must be very outgoing and animated; able to be silly with the children.
Soccer: Soccer experience is preferred, however, if you are great with children and have some familiarity with the game, that would work.
Working with children: Must be able to engage and interact with 2-9 year olds, and have experience doing so. This is very important.
In addition to the above, a successful candidate must pass a Child Abuse History Clearance and Background Check.
