They offer benefits
Decent 401k, fun co-workers, and good daycare when it's actually open.
Management does not care about employees like they claim. They micromanage and claim they care about family and life issues but it's all a lie. They work on a 10 point system where each point will drop off after 5 months but they will point for anything and don't care what the reason was. They will give you a point for being even a second past the clock in minute, if you get into an accident, car dies, dog dies, get stuck in traffic from an accident it doesn't matter. They don't care, unless you're in management then they can "work from home" for the day... yeah ok... also they have daycare but the only employees it fully covers is upper management and hr... they really care....
Free but yucky food and a decent daycare, love the teachers
