Responsibilities • Ensure that each guest receives outstanding service by creating a friendly environment and following Jackson Rancheria Guest Service Guidelines. • Solicits and identifies new high worth guests on the casino floor for Dreamcatcher's Club. • Utilize personal and professional contacts to generate new business for the Jackson Rancheria Casino Resort. • Assist in coordinating all activities for the recruiting of new patrons and retention of existing patrons. • Creates and maintains player's accounts, ensuring all information is current and updated. • Assists with the maintenance and updating of the players master list, reservation lists, and other various lists maintained by the property. • Responsible for meeting guest transaction quotas to include cold calls, note writing, email and other tasks; required to conduct outbound phone solicitation to current players and new players. • Acknowledges, greets and converses with guests on the casino floor. • Assists guests both over the phone and in person - answers incoming phone calls placed to the Player Development line and company issued cell phones and practices proper telephone etiquette standards established by the Player Development department. • Issues player cards and reprints. • Issues point vouchers and extend comps in accordance with gaming activity and guidelines. • Promotes Dreamcatcher's card usage and benefits of Player's Club. • Accurately communicates all marketing activities and promotions, and amenities available to employees and guests. • Take initiative to own all guests complaints; resolves issues immediately and follows up with guests to ensure guest satisfaction. • Proactive in communicating with players to schedule future trips to JRCR -answers reservation inquiries and assists guests with booking and changing future reservations. • Required presence at offsite events or functions. • Function as a highly visible customer service representative on the casino floor. • Ensures that all areas under host responsibility (i.e. the High-Limit Lounge and Host Office) are kept free of clutter, bussed of dishes, glasses and other debris, and kept at the standards outlined by the department manager. • Provides assistance to slot and table game departments with player card reprints, new sign-ups and account maintenance. • Provides optimal service to high valued guests by tending to the Elite line located at the Dreamcatcher's Booth. • Practices teamwork and creates a positive work environment. • Adheres to all applicable gaming laws and minimum internal controls relative to the gaming floor. Qualifications EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE • Experience in any of the following- hospitality, gaming, marketing, sales or heavy guest service oriented positions. • Bilingual or multilingual skills preferred (especially in Spanish, Vietnamese, Chinese, Tagalog, Cambodian Lao or other languages commonly spoken by our guests). The ability to communicate effectively in a second language is a plus as it can enhance guest engagement and satisfaction.
