POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

The successful candidate will demonstrate strength in the ability to project manage and lead team members collaboratively across integrated PR, marketing and communications projects. Specifically, this position will be responsible for:

+ Lead a collaborative project team

+ Maintain excellent client relationships and service

+ Develop an external communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics

+ Work with team to create content for external communications, including press releases, digital content, talking points, presentations and other messaging content

+ Monitor, analyze and communicate communications results as required by client and to management as defined

+ Participate in projects and be responsible of their outcomes.

EDUCATION

REQUIREMENTS

Required experience includes, but is not limited to:

+ Minimum 7 years of experience in public relations, communications or relevant role in an agency, or in-house corporate communications environment

+ Strong media relations, B2C, and external communications experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Develop content marketing strategies and plans to meet client business objectives and customer/end-user needs across a variety of digital channels and a broad array of both B2C and B2B clients.

+ Conduct content audits (qualitative and quantitative analyses of all the content on a network of sites and social media accounts) and develop and present strategic recommendations to colleagues and client teams.

+ Conduct competitive intelligence analyses to support the audit, content strategy and recommendations.

Qualified candidates will understand multi-channel execution strategies and tactics, web analytics, cross-channel attribution, conversion optimization, and personalization. While the candidate may love to nerd out on the data, the candidate must also be able to translate that into easy-to-digest reports for clients and fellow team members, including bespoke dashboards that clearly visualize performance and recommendations.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

+ Extract and organize data from multiple sources (campaign performance, social listening, competitive analysis) to derive actionable insights and optimize business outcomes

+ Leverage visual analytics to build thoughtful presentations/reports to deliver clear and actionable strategy and performance insights

+ Meet with internal account teams, creative team members and brand planning teams to accurately scope out projects and budgets.

+ Support and work closely with our Digital, Paid Media and other client-facing teams - PPC/SEO, Paid Media, Email Marketing, and Content Marketing.

+ Define early in the process what is going to be measured, why it needs to be measured and how that data will be used, as well as reporting on the insights

+ Share knowledge and learnings across the agency to keep teams aware of and motivated to put our analytics acumen to work for their clients

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

+ 6+ years of work experience in measurement and analytics strategy applicable to marketing and/or media including experience with extensive data integration, omnichannel, multiplatform marketing modeling, and continuous analysis with critical test theories

+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Computer Science, Information systems, Business Analytics' or related field

+ Knowledge of Digital Media, Marketing/Advertising industries highly preferred - agency experience is a plus

+ Strong, independent work ethic with minimal supervision needed

RESPONSIBILITIES

Account Leadership

+ Cultivate and build relationships with assigned clients as a helpful advisor

RESPONSIBILITIES

+ Advance best-in-class social media strategy for Jackson Spalding clients, including: social content strategies, social media audience analyses, competitive assessments, audits, on-page community management, off-page campaign concepting (working with our in-house paid media team), performance reporting, and trend watching.
