Southern Teton Area Rapid Transit (START) Bus is hiring qualified Transit Operators for 40 hrs/wk and for fill in/part time for the winter season November 29, 2025 - April 12, 2026. Paid pre-season training starting on November 12, 2025.

Primary duty is the operation of a bus in order to transport and assist the general public along a fixed route. Routes include transporting skiers/ snowboarders/ employees/ guests to and from the Town of Jackson and Teton Village, transporting locally employed and visitors throughout Town, fill-in shifts transporting commuters from Teton Valley Idaho and Star Valley Wyoming, and fill-in shifts serving our most vulnerable with ADA service all while operating an updated fleet of diesel powered buses, motor coaches for commuters, hybrid diesel/electric buses, and smaller gas powered shuttle buses.
