Cons of working at Jackson Food Store

My cons of working for Jackson’s is based only from my experiences with my store manager. Daily be prepared to be belittled, humiliated in front of coworkers and customers,, never expect positive feedback. Guarantee that you are being talked about as soon as your walking out the door.

Favorite perk I would have to say $ .20 off/per gal of gas & 20% off in store purchases.

What do you like best about Jackson Food Store's CEO and the leadership team?

It seems that Mr Jackson does not believe he is above anyone & when visiting stores, he’ll pick up a broom & sweep, he’ll wipe down counters & even brew a pot of coffee.

Management, broadly speaking is woefully regressive, unethical and incompetent, expect to be fed a lot of bs about zero tolerance for discrimination, while also witnessing your managers openly brag to their bosses about discriminating.
