Job Summary
The Customer Service Advisor (CSA) for PVA (Jiffy Lube), helps build loyalty and increase sales by allowing our guests to make informed decisions about their automotive services. The CSA is a Lube Technician that is also responsible for creating a positive guest experience, which they can achieve by acting as the customer liaison and main point of contact throughout their visit!
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and escort guests from their vehicles as you review their requests.
Inform guests of any promotions or products available with thorough understanding of the full range of Jiffy Lube products and services acquired through your training.
Provide impartial recommendations or options that are tailored specifically to guest's needs based on manufacturer recommendations and technicians' findings.
Communicate updates to the guest throughout the entire process as well as any special circumstances that impact overall satisfaction.
Perform preventative maintenance such as oil and filter change, refill fluid levels, and inspecting and replacing lights, wiper blades, brakes, and tires.

Bachelor's degree with coursework in fire science, or related field and extensive experience of a wide and progressively responsible nature in the emergency management and fire and rescue field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Special Requirements:
Must possess or maintain North Carolina Firefighter Level II, Rescue Technician Certification, Hazardous Materials Operations Level, Fire Investigation Technician (FIT), and ICS 400 certifications.
Emergency Medical Technician- Basic or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.
Class B Driver's license that is valid in the State of North Carolina.
Salary will be determined based on qualifications, internal equity, budget and market considerations.
